Guarantee Policy

Products & Services Guarantee/Warranty

1 year guarantee on all services and custom builds. The guarantee/warranty will be voided if the services/product show signs of tampering, mishandling, mis-powering, reverse engineering, disassembly, or if the vehicle is involved in an accident. 

When fitting is opted for, fitment will be as the vehicle arrived. Ensuring all the bolts, screws, clips and clamps (fixings) are present and correct when the vehicle arrives. If you are missing or have any damaged fixing, the same fitment cannot be guaranteed. Prior to a vehicle leaving our premises, a full demonstration will be given of the build. Any issues must be raised on vehicle handover.

Excess fitting/parts charges may be applicable for vehicles that have either: been involved in an accident, have had a previous poor fit, have incorrect fittings present or incorrectly/poor fittings of aftermarket parts. We can additionally supply and fit brand new fixings if in stock, or if advised beforehand. We understand lenses overtime become discoloured and oxidize over time. We can in some cases repair if they have arrived slightly discoloured. If they arrive beyond repair through being heavy discoloured, damaged, scratched then please ask prior to sending them as you may require new lenses. 

Headlight fitting/removal is not covered by the guarantee, and will be additionally charged for any warranty work that is undertaken for any fitting in house. For any fittings carried out by a third party, no refunds/partial refunds/contributions will be made for any warranty work that we undertake. 

Any cosmetic issues must be raised within 72 hours of receival of the custom headlights. After this time window, any cosmetic issues are not covered by our guarantee. 

All aftercare instructions must be adhered to in order to retain guarantee/warranty. 
  • Work undertaken, property inside vehicle and vehicle left on premises at the owners risk.
  • Minor misting/condensation is not covered under our guarantee/warranty. See aftercare advice below.

Aftercare

Taking care of your custom headlights is crucial to maintain their appearance and functionality. This will help preserve the integrity of your custom headlights and prevent common issues from occurring. Remember to handle them with care to ensure they look great and perform optimally for a long time:
  • Avoid pressure washing the headlight seals at close range to prevent water intrusion and damage to the seals. 
  • Become mindful of avoiding acidic products and not interfering with the sealant on your headlights. Additionally, being cautious while cleaning and ensuring not to disturb the sealant, avoiding water in non-watertight areas.
  • When replacing bulbs ensure that the bulb/bulb holder/cap/gasket is correctly placed back to not allow any water into the headlight.

Guarantee/Warranty Claims

If you need to return your headlights back to use for any warranty work, postage to us will need to be arranged and paid for by you. For returns back to you, we will arrange our courier collection from our commercial premises and give you a number of shipping levels/options. Return shipping will need to be paid in full before we complete the consignment and supply tracking. Any returns to us will need to be packages securely and properly. We will not be liable for any damage in transit on the way to us. We recommend using a box that fits the product with bubble wrap wrapped around every corner multiple times to ensure it's protected. Don't worry, we will reuse all packages where we can and where we cannot do so we will recycle responsibly.
